1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Personal care products (if opened or used)
- Customized or special-order items
- Digital products or downloadable goods
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at sales@jasune.co.ke with your order number and reason for return.
- Provide clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
- Wait for return approval and instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us within the return window.

7. Order Cancellations
